monogrammed or personalized. No returns on monogrammed or custom made orders.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love what you receive from Stella Bella Boutique, so we do our absolute best to provide fair and just accommodations for exchanges and returns when necessary.

Custom Made Blanquilts: With custom orders, there is NO return or exchange available. In order to avoid customer dissatisfaction, please describe to your best ability the look and color scheme you would like to portray in your blanquilt.

In Stock Blanquilts: Blanquilts that are in stock have a 14 day (from day or receipt) return option. They must be unused and unwashed and sent back in original packaging in order to receive a full refund (less shipping). We can supply a boutique credit to items returned after 14 days.

No returns on monogrammed or custom made orders.

Please send returned packages insured, for we are not responsible for items that have not made it to our return department.

If an exchange is needed, and the reason is not the fault of Stella Bella Boutique, you are responsible for the return shipping charges.

Returns must be made within 10 days in the items original wrapping. The product must must be returned unworn,. undamaged, and unused in order to receive full amount of return.
